BOOKING INFORMATION

​

• Traveling event experiences begin at 8 participating guests
• Travel within the Greater Ithaca area included
• Additional travel fees may apply outside the Greater Ithaca area
• Minimum booking totals may apply depending on event type, timing, and location
• 50% non-refundable retainer required to reserve your date

Final participating guest count must be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to the event date.

The remaining balance is due at the same time as final guest count confirmation.

ADD-ON PAYMENT TERMS

​

Additional add-ons may be billed either to the event host or directly to individual guests, depending on the agreement established prior to the event.

​

If additional add-ons are billed directly to the event host, payment for all additional add-ons is required at the conclusion of the event.

​

If additional add-ons are billed directly to individual guests, payment is required at the time of jewelry assembly.

EVENT SETUP

 ​

Host provides all tables, chairs, displays, decorations, and jewelry tools needed for the event experience.

​

For Permanent Jewelry services, the host is responsible for providing access to electricity for welding equipment during the event. Access to Wi-Fi is appreciated when available.

​

For outdoor events, adequate weather protection and coverage must be provided in the event of rain, wind, excessive heat, or other unsafe conditions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

​

Chain styles, charms, gemstones, birthstones, and perfume oil selections are subject to availability and may vary slightly by event.

​

Fall Creek Atelier reserves the right to pause or discontinue service if conditions become unsafe for staff, guests, or materials.

​

Permanent jewelry should be treated with care. Fall Creek Atelier is not responsible for jewelry loss, stretching, accidental breakage, or improper care after guests leave the event.

​

Client may be responsible for significant damage caused to jewelry bar displays or equipment by guests.
