Damaged or Craftsmanship Issues
If your item arrives damaged or experiences a craftsmanship-related issue:

• We offer free repairs where possible

• If repair is not feasible, the item may be exchanged for one of equal value

Yoga & Movement Class Disclaimer

Participation in online Kundalini Yoga classes, Kundalini-inspired dance classes, meditation, breathwork, and related practices offered through The Kundalini Sanctuary is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for listening to your body and honoring your personal limits

• Movement, breathwork, and energetic practices carry inherent risks

• You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after class

These offerings are not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or professional guidance. If you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or emotional distress, you are encouraged to stop immediately and seek appropriate support.

Liability Waiver

By participating in any online classes or gatherings, you agree to release and hold harmless Fall Creek Atelier, The Kundalini Sanctuary, and its facilitators from any liability, injury, loss, or damages that may occur during or after participation.

This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, emotional release, or energetic experiences.

Free & Donation-Based Classes

​

Weekly Kundalini Yoga classes and monthly Kundalini-inspired dance classes are offered freely to the public.

When donations are mentioned, they are entirely optional and never required for participation. Choosing not to donate does not affect access, inclusion, or the quality of the offering.
