Return & Repair Policy

At Fall Creek Atelier, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products.

• No Refunds: All sales are final. 

• Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.

• Repairs: We offer complimentary repairs for up to 6 months from the date of purchase for damage resulting from normal wear, when repair is possible.

• Customer Damage: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or other customer-caused damage that cannot be repaired are not eligible for exchange or refund.
