About the event
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful yet grounding practice that works with breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to strengthen the nervous system and awaken energy along the spine. In a time when the world can feel fast, uncertain, and overwhelming, this practice offers a way to slow down, come back into the body, and restore inner steadiness. Each class includes gentle, intentional spinal movement, rhythmic breathwork, and meditation to help release tension, clear mental fatigue, and support emotional resilience. Space is always made for rest and integration, allowing the practice to feel nourishing and supportive. This class is open to all and beginner-friendly. No prior yoga experience is required — come exactly as you are.
