Under this powerful Blood Moon lunar eclipse, a time of deep release, revelation, and renewal, we gather to move what’s been held in the body and awaken intuitive wisdom. This beginner-friendly Kundalini Dance blends movement, breath, and meditation to clear old patterns and reset the nervous system. This class is open to all and beginner-friendly. No prior yoga experience is required — come exactly as you are.
