Join Francine for a soothing and restorative Mid-Week Meditative Dance class, where we practice a gentle and mindful meditation through graceful, flowing movements. In this class, we focus on the slow fluid motion of our arms, hands, and fingers, channeling energy within the body to shift our emotional state and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and balance.

These movements, similar to mudras in motion, allow the body to express and release energy. As we flow through these gentle movements, we not only improve our cardiovascular health but also awaken compassion, both for ourselves and others. The soft, meditative nature of this practice provides a beautiful opportunity to slow down, de-stress, and recalibrate as you move through the middle of the week.
